Elevated Fitness is a monthly subscription workout program that includes simple and effective weight based exercises.

 

This monthly subscription hypertrophy training program is accessed through my mobile app. It will include home and gym workouts designed with an intent to progress at same exercises week after week to build muscle and strength.

 

Programming will change every 4 - 6 weeks. You will have the option to workout at home or at the gym. Workouts at home will require minimal equipment such as dumbbells. All exercises can be swapped out for another exercise.

Reoccurring subscription price is $34.99 a month. Can cancel anytime. No refunds once payment made for the month.

Hi! I'm Heather!

For a long time, I was doing what so many women do... showing up at the gym, grabbing weights, and hoping that this time it would finally work. I’d bounce from machine to machine, follow whatever workout looked good that day, and leave feeling tired… but not actually stronger. The scale wasn’t moving, my body wasn’t changing, and I started to wonder if weight training just “wasn’t for me anymore.”

As I moved into my 40s, things felt even harder. What used to work suddenly didn’t. I was lifting weights but felt puffy instead of lean, sore instead of energized, and confused about how much was “too much.” I didn’t want to spend hours in the gym, but I also knew cardio alone wasn’t the answer. And honestly? I was tired of feeling like I was doing everything right and still getting nowhere.

What I realized was this: it wasn’t me, it was the lack of structure. Weight training works at any age, but it has to be intentional, progressive, and designed for the body you’re in now. Once I stopped winging my workouts and started following a clear plan built around strength, recovery, and consistency, everything changed. I felt stronger, more confident, and finally saw results that made sense for this season of life.

That’s exactly why I created Elevated Fitness the way I did, so women don’t have to guess, overthink, or feel intimidated by strength training. Just smart, effective workouts that support your body, your hormones, and your lifestyle... without burnout or overwhelm.
