What's included:

  • Each week, everything from your weight, measurements, workouts, sleep, stress and other biofeedback markers will be assessed. You will receive ongoing feedback and suggestions based on these factors. You will also recieve personalized guidance on how to improve week after week. Adjustments to your goals, if needed, will also be discussed. 

  • This high level of coaching gives you access to your coach 24/7 to answer questions, give guidance, and offer practical tips to get you through any situation. 

  • Workouts to complete at home or at a gym will also be provided to help you reach your goals. These programs can be modified and adjusted as needed. 

  • You will also be given a Nutrition Handbook that will help you get started on your nutrition goals. ​
