Hi, I'm Heather!
I’m a nutrition coach and personal trainer who helps women 40+ lose weight, rebuild their confidence, and finally feel good in their skin again without dieting or giving up their favorite foods.
But before I ever became a coach, I was just like the women I work with today. I spent years trying every “plan” under the sun...cutting carbs, doing endless cardio, tracking calories one week and throwing in the towel the next. I wanted to feel strong, but I was exhausted from doing all the wrong things.
I’ve always loved fitness (as a young girl I would pretend I was a fitness instructor and create routines in my basement 🤣) , but it wasn’t until I learned how to actually fuel my body, not punish it, that everything clicked. I realized that nutrition isn’t about restriction… it’s about building habits that work with your life, not against it.
Now I teach women how to do the same.
Inside my programs, we focus on balance, not perfection. You’ll learn how to eat for your goals, move your body in ways that feel good, and build the kind of consistency that actually lasts. Because real results don’t come from “starting over” every Monday, they come from learning how to keep going, even when life gets messy.
My approach is simple, sustainable, and built for real women with real lives... moms, professionals, caretakers, multitaskers (aka, all of us).
