1:1 Nutrition Coaching

At Heather Eisenberg Fitness, we understand how difficult it can be to maintain a healthy lifestyle and achieve your fitness goals. That's why we offer personalized nutrition coaching and habit-based solutions to help clients transform their body and their relationship with food. Our coaching approach doesn't involve dieting on repeat, but instead focuses on creating healthy habits that are sustainable for the long-term.

Elevated Fitness
Monthly Training Membership

Elevated Fitness is a monthly subscription workout program that includes simple and effective weight based exercises. This monthly subscription hypertrophy training program is accessed through my mobile app. It will include home 4 day workout program  designed with an intent to progress at same exercises week after week to build muscle and strength. Programming will change every 4 - 6 weeks. Workout can be done at home or at the gym, you will have the option to both each day. Workouts will require dumbbells, bands that can attach to a door frame, a bench or some sort (one that inclines is preferred), a step or low bench for hip thrusts and step ups. Reoccurring subscription price is $34.99 a month. Can cancel anytime. No refunds once payment made for the month.

Custom Macro Count

This plan provides you with a detailed guide on Macros, how to get started with tracking, tip and tricks, and my personal grocery list on frequently bought items. This is custom macro numbers that includes same macro numbers 7 days a week based off your goal (fat loss, maintenance, or muscle building). It is my goal to help you get long lasting, sustainable results. That comes from sustainable custom numbers. This is NOT an ongoing coaching or consultation. This does not contain meal plans. The goal is to make the foods you love fit your custom macros.​

For anyone who has little to no experience with tracking fppd and macronutrients, and wants to learn the basics of nutrition without all the messy guesswork. This self paced course is an educational program that will tech you all about calories and energy balance, protein, carbs, fats, how to track your foods and how to put it all together by planning and creating nutritious, balanced meals that will help you look and feel your best. Let us help you officially break up with fad diets , extremes, and over restriction by learning the basic science of nutrition to get the results you want. ​
